Terms of service and billing

These terms explain how workspace subscriptions and add-ons work. The plan name, billing period, price, and amount due are shown before you pay.

Trials and subscriptions

Eligible new businesses receive a 14-day full-access trial. Paid plans cover the billing period selected at checkout. Annual plans cover 12 months and are charged upfront at the displayed annual price.

Access starts when payment is confirmed. A change to an active plan is normally scheduled after the current paid period ends. Your checkout shows when a scheduled change will take effect.

Renewal and cancellation

Paying by M-Pesa or offline does not set up an automatic debit; another payment is needed for the next period. Card renewal is optional and only starts if you select it at checkout. The renewal price and frequency are shown beside that choice. You can stop automatic renewal in Package Subscription; access remains through the period already paid for.

Add-ons

Add-ons are separate, one-time purchases at the checkout price. They run until the current base subscription ends. The add-on checkout shows the amount due and the capability you are buying.

Payment confirmation

Online purchases activate after successful payment confirmation. Offline payments require the reference shown at checkout and may need review before access is granted. If a payment is pending, do not repeat it until its status is clear.
